Statement on the Covid-19 situation

We are concerned about the latest developments of the corona virus. Most importantly, we care about the health of our employees, partners and all people that are personally affected by the disease.
Statement on the Covid-19 situation
We have taken the necessary measures, to control the spread of Covid-19 and counter the great economic loss caused by this global pandemic.

Since this week our employees are working from the home office. All meetings are taking place digitally, all internal JAKO sporting events are discontinued until further notice. Our logistics works in compliance with strict hygiene regulations and distance control to be fast and reliable. We keep the standard delivery times. The JAKO customer service can be reached by phone as usual.

We certainly miss the personal encounters with our customers, which we have always maintain a close and friendly partnership. Now, we are in close contact in a digital manner. That’s is why we know that the store closures and prohibition of contact might lead to an economical, existential threat for a lot of them. For this reason, we developed an extensive package of measures which we can fully support our sports retailers.

In order to master this historic challenge, teamwork and team spirit are even more important than ever. Think of all people. Stay at home, stay fit, stay healthy.
