How to turn old jerseys into new yarn!

  1. Sorting & preparationThe textiles sent in are checked for material.
  2. Chemical recyclingThe fabrics are broken down into their basic components.
  3. Granulate productionRecycled granulate is produced from the fibres.
  4. New yarn & fabricThe granulate is spun into yarn and processed into new jersey fabric.
  5. Finished jerseyThe result is brand new, sustainable JAKO jerseys!
  6. From old to new - for a sustainable sports world!
